Prince Christopher Nebe (M.D)
A Fellow of the African Business School, He sits atop the Board and Management of Phamatex Nig. Limited, helping to design forward –looking policies for the progress of the company. He is an industrialist who decided to venture into the importation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products, in order to improve the health standard of the ordinary Nigerian. Prince Chris Nebe is an astute and dynamic businessman with experience spanning over 20 years in diverse spheres. He is married with Children.
Mr Joseph Ebowusim (E.D)
Mr. Ebowusim occupies the top position of Executive Director of the company, a Co and Equal owner of the company with the Managing Director. He is an accomplished and well-respected product analyst and market research fellow. His business experience in various areas spans over 20 years. He has remained a big asset to the company and represents one of its pillars. He is married with Children. The company’s operations are also departmentalized into PHARMACY, ACCOUNTS, MARKETING , WAREHOUSE and ADMINISTRATION.
Pharm. Friday George (DSM)
MARKETING DEPARTMENT: The company has a powerful marketing team of some sixty- four pharmacists working under the co-ordination of the Director, Sales and Marketing Team spread over the entire states in the Nation. Mr. Friday George, the Director, Sales and marketing is a Pharmacist, who also hold an MBA (Marketing) and is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (chartered). Apart from the general oversight of everything concerning sales and marketing administration, he is also responsible for the effective distribution of the company’s product throughout Nigeria.
Pharm. Emeka Ezeani - DSM (Ethicals)
Director of Sales and Marketing (Ethicals) Mr Emeka Ezeani is a graduate of Pharmacy from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics & Pharmaceutical Technology from the renowned University of Lagos. He has been in the field of sales and marketing for over fourteen years, working with reputable pharmaceutical marketing companies in Nigeria. He has risen through the ranks to his present position as AGM with Phamatex Nigeria Ltd, where he drives sales and manages the field sales and marketing team. He is happily married and blessed with children.
Mr Adebola Obajimi - DSM (OTC)
Director of Sales and Marketing (Otc-products) Mr Adebola Obajinmi, hold a MSc(Nutrition) from the University of Ibadan and is an Associate member of Nutrition Society of Nigeria. With over 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he over sees to marketing of all over the counter pharmaceutical drugs of the company with the co-ordination of the national marketing team force. Many of these drugs have become an household name in the entire country. He is happily married with Children.
Pharm. Ikechukwu Nnadi (SP)
REGULATORY AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT This department is headed by Pharm. IKECHUKWU S. NNADI a Superintendent Pharmacist in the employment of the company, Holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, Apart from the general oversight of everything concerning drugs administration, he is also responsible for registration both with The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria and NAFDAC, Nigeria. His experience rank more than 10 years in pharmacy practice.
Mr Adeyemi Okusanya
INTERNAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT The Internal Audit department is manned by Mr. Adeyemi Okusanya, a chartered accountant with more than ten years hands-on experience in internal control functions in various organisations. This department is responsible for ensuring that standardized internal control mechanism is put in place to ensure our operations are being carried out effectively and efficiently. The department is also responsible for advising on possible controls to be established in the company and monitoring of laid down rules and regulations of the company. The internal audit department will also be reviewing the following activities of the company: cash and Bank, Receivables, Investment, Fixed Assets, Purchases and Trade creditors.
Mr Eric Azeh (HR)
HR/ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT This department which is headed by Mr. Eric Azeh, who holds a B.A Hons Degree in History and Masters degree in Management Psychology, and an active member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, and The Nigerian Institute of Management – Chartered. He has more than 15 years hands on experience as a HR practitioner.
Mr Francis Ojugo
ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT The accounts department is manned by Mr. Francis Ojugo, a chartered accountant with more than eight years of experience. He oversees the daily financial transactions of the company. This department also incorporates the stores and warehouse administration. In effect, the stocks control manager who is directly in charge of the stores and warehouse effectively liaises with the Accounts department.
Mr Sanya Ogunfuwa (SBDM)
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT The Business development department is manned by Mr. Sanya Ogunfuwa. He holds an MBA (Financial management) and Bsc. Degree in Statistics, An associate member , national institute of marketing,instituite of business development and a certified business development analyst with over 12 years work experience in sales and marketing, business development, data analysis and general management.
